Our aim is to make everyday services easier to understand without hiding uncertainty, commercial relationships or the need to check a provider’s final terms.

Eezpays Editorial prepares general consumer explainers. Comparison Editorial reviews information about plan fields, ordering and provider conditions. Security and Support Editorial reviews guidance involving suspicious activity, payment status and customer-support processes. A team byline is used when the work reflects operational knowledge rather than one person’s opinion.
Our principles
What every guide should demonstrate
Original and useful
Guides are written for a clear reader need. We do not publish copied, spun or placeholder articles simply to attract search traffic.
Source-led
For regulated, technical or safety-related subjects, we prioritise regulators, public authorities, manufacturers and definitive provider terms.
Commercially transparent
Eezpays may benefit from eligible referrals or purchases. Sponsored or promoted placement should be labelled and separated from ordinary editorial explanation.
Reviewed and dated
Guides display publication and review dates. A review date is changed only when the material has actually been checked.
Correctable
Material factual errors are corrected promptly. Substantive corrections should be reflected in the review date and, where appropriate, explained to readers.
Clear about limitations
Comparisons and explainers are decision-support information, not a guarantee of availability, eligibility or an individual outcome.

Corrections and feedback
Tell us when something needs attention
Readers, providers and public bodies can report an error, outdated source or unclear commercial disclosure through our contact page. Include the guide address and the specific statement concerned. We assess the evidence, make any necessary correction and update the review date when the guide has been materially checked.
