This policy explains, in plain terms, how Eezpays collects and uses your personal information when you use our app and website. By using Eezpays, you agree to this policy.
Who we are
Eezpays is run by MAE Dynamics Limited, an Irish company (registration no. 793158), based at 74 Lansdowne Gate, Long Mile Road, Dublin 12. We're the ones responsible for your data.
What we collect
• Your name, email, phone number and address
• ID documents, for verifying who you are (required by law for payment apps)
• Payment and wallet details, and your transaction history
• Reward points activity
• Basic technical info, like your device type and app usage, so we can keep things running smoothly
• Cookie identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, approximate location and interactions with advertisements on pages where advertising is enabled
Why we collect it
• To run your account and let you use the app
• To process your payments, top-ups, bill payments, and orders
• To verify your identity, as required by anti-money laundering law
• To run the rewards programme
• To keep the app secure and stop fraud
• To send you important updates about your account
• To send you offers and marketing, only if you've said yes to this
• To display, deliver, limit, secure and measure advertisements and, where you consent, to personalise advertisements
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We only share it with:
• Payment providers, so we can process transactions
• ID verification companies, so we can confirm who you are
• The telecom, broadband or utility provider you've placed an order with
• Advertising and measurement providers, including Google and the other vendors identified in our consent management platform, when advertisements are enabled
• Regulators or law enforcement, if we're legally required to
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you have an account, and for a period after that to meet our legal obligations for example, financial records must be kept for several years under Irish law.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your choices, understand how people use Eezpays and, on eligible pages, deliver and measure advertising. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar identifiers. Depending on your consent choice, advertisements may be personalised or non-personalised. You can withdraw consent at any time through Manage Cookies and the privacy choices control shown on pages where Google advertising is enabled. Advertising and international transfers
On pages where advertising is enabled, Google and participating advertising vendors may receive device and browser information, IP address, cookie or consent identifiers, page context and advertisement interaction data. Google may process this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, limit repetition and, where you have consented, personalise advertising. These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under safeguards described in their own privacy notices, including adequacy decisions and contractual protections where applicable. The current vendor list and each vendor's purposes are available through the Google consent message.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
• Show you the data we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your data (where we're not legally required to keep it)
• Stop using your data for marketing, at any time

Children
Eezpays isn't for children. You must meet the minimum age set out in our Terms of Use to use the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know by email or in the app.
