Our methodology
How Eezpays compares provider offers
A useful comparison explains what is included, how preferences affect results and where commercial relationships exist.

The short answer
Eezpays structures provider information into comparable fields such as recurring cost, introductory period, contract length, allowance, speed and other relevant conditions.
Selections made during the comparison narrow or order the available results. Availability, final eligibility and the definitive contract remain subject to the provider.
What to remember
Use relevant filters to narrow the available results.
Check source freshness and the provider’s final terms.
Understand why a result is shown or ordered.
01
What information is normalised
Providers describe plans in different formats. Eezpays organises available information into consistent fields so that users can review comparable characteristics together. Depending on the category, these can include recurring price, introductory period, minimum term, allowance, speed, plan type, fees and other material conditions.
Normalising information does not remove the need to read the provider’s contract summary and terms. It creates a clearer starting point while the provider remains responsible for the definitive offer, eligibility decision, service availability and contract.
02
How your preferences affect results
Filters remove offers that do not match selected criteria, such as a contract preference, minimum allowance or speed range. Where a recommendation flow is used, the answers supplied by the user can be combined with price, included features and relevance to produce an ordering intended to match those expressed needs.
A recommendation is not a guarantee that one plan is objectively best for every person. A different household, address, usage pattern or contract preference can reasonably produce a different result.
03
Price, availability and freshness
Comparison information can change after it is collected. Eezpays aims to display source or update information where available, but users should confirm the final price, promotional end date, address availability, fees and contract conditions with the provider before completing a purchase.
When a result cannot be verified or a provider journey changes, it may be corrected, temporarily removed or labelled appropriately. Users can report information that appears inconsistent through the contact page.
04
Commercial relationships and user choice
Eezpays may receive a commercial benefit when a user selects or purchases an eligible provider offer. That relationship should be disclosed and should not change the factual characteristics displayed for the offer. Sponsored or promoted placement, when used, should be clearly labelled so it is not confused with an ordinary relevance-based result.
Before choosing, compare the characteristics that matter to you, open the important plan details and verify the provider’s final summary. For communications services, ComReg recommends considering needs such as technology, speed and contract length rather than relying on price alone.
Questions people ask
Frequently asked questions
Does Eezpays include every provider or offer?
Not necessarily. Coverage depends on the providers, categories, integrations and information available at the time. The comparison page should make its available scope understandable.
Why do two people see different recommended results?
Different answers, requirements, addresses or filters can produce different eligible sets and ordering. A recommendation is based on the information supplied during that comparison.
Can the provider’s final price differ?
Offers and eligibility can change. Confirm the final price, fees, availability, promotion and contract summary with the provider before purchase.
Does Eezpays earn money from provider offers?
Eezpays may receive a commercial benefit from eligible referrals or purchases. Sponsored or promoted placement, when present, should be labelled separately from ordinary results.
What should I compare beyond the monthly price?
Consider the minimum term, total contract cost, post-discount price, allowances, speed or service level, fees, eligibility, address availability and the conditions that matter to your usage.
